Great staff but not easy booking meals and times due to poor website
Paid £387 for a one night Santa stay with my grandson then had to book everything separate on line which couldn’t be done as it hasn’t been updated so I had to send a series of emails and even then...
Easy to follow, easy amend, nice and easy transaction.

Other than asking for feedback and a credit card payment I dont have anything that says ive booked at all
