Very good website to navigate and booking was quick and straightforward. Liked how once I had made a booking I then had the option of making reservations at the restaurants.

Easy to book but re booking voucher was slightly unfair considering lockdow
Was disappointed not to be offered 12 months to use our voucher which we were given because of lockdown measures but instead it had to be used by the end of 2021. If we had been given the opportunity...
I've had to move my booking twice due to covid and both times I have spoken to the ladies on the phone, they have been more than accommodating. Very helpful and understanding. Great customer service.
