Unclear website
It was really difficult to navigate the website and compare opening times and prices. I couldn't tell much about the practical details either like how far things are from each other.

Problems Booking
It took 5 attempts to book online and although it was ultimately my banks fault, your website kept calling it an "internal error" and when I rang your booking line I got through to someone who can’t...
Website is clear and easy to book. Takes you through the steps and any additional extras are clearly stated so you know whether you need them or not, ie park tickets, restaurant bookings
