Really easy to book online, and make restaurant reservations. Would be better if could review a map for distance of restaurant to accomodation though.

easy to navigate and book.
Easy to book what I wanted except I would have liked to have booked two days at the water park and could only book one, and there is no discount for two days like there is at the theme park.
Easy to do. Clear price and option to pay for protection if you need to cancel. Brilliant holidays kids love the Christmas experience

Great call centre service, poor website
The call was perfect but was only required because your online booking system did not take the voucher credit off my card payment and attempted to take £350 rather than the £40 required

3rd time lucky
I tried twice to pay by card and this was unsuccessful due to 'an internal issue' I was successful a third time when I selected to pay by PayPal but this wasn't ideal.
