Made a telephone booking as I needed to check the configuration of the room, going with 3 kids, one is under two years old. The lady was very helpful and kind!
The service was fine it is the prices £571 for two nights in the Alton Towers resort..

Nice an easy to book. Easy to add the extras on. Just would of been even better if you could add on tickets even if on the merlin holiday club page as had to go through different site. Was easy...

Firstly the negative points.
There can be a vast difference in prices for a stay up to £50 in our instance with just a days difference!
It would be more beneficial if the prices were displayed on top...
