Good website but expensive
Website was easy to use but I did feel that it was expensive and that it should include park tickets with holiday bookings as other local hotels do.

Great Service
Agent was extremely helpful, sorted out everything I needed and explained everything clearly
Helpful, understanding, funny and resolved issues. 100% as it should be.
The gentleman Mr Richard Parmar was extremely helpful, had a very good experience resolving my issue and was just a pleasure to have dealt with, a credit to your organisation

Treehouse booking
I book every year, had a voucher which I’ve used to book over Xmas and now I just booked for scarefest too. The booking was easy, the only downside was I’m sure when we last booked a treehouse it...
