I had a brilliant telephone adviser whom changed booking date as i had to gi into hospital and they changed the day tickets to the Friday nit the day we were travelling up as we would of lost half...

Easy to book, change dates, check prices on different dates. Would have liked more pics of the rooms and would have preferred it to be easier to see which rooms were available on which dates rather...
