It wasn't clear to me whether or not I was given my discount on the hotel booking, as a merlin annual pass holder.
I also booked 2 x 2 day passes for me and my grandson. I thought one of these...
It was very confusing and there was a lack of clarity as to what WAS/IS included in whatever you book and what is extra. I am still going to have to ring for clarification.

Really easy to book but some things weren’t on faqs like do hotel guests get early rides etc. Also booking restaurants link was helpful but no menus etc
Really helpful when I couldn’t get a booking to go through on line. Found a solution to the issue when it wasn’t immediately obvious and could have led to me thinking the accommodation was fully...

The booking process was easy. I didn’t appreciate the jump in price, for accommodation, from £123 to £143 between checking prices and actually booking! Trip already promised though so had to pay it.
