I found the online booking service very poor, the only way to get correct information is to ring them at an inflated cost. I don't see why there isn't a free phone number as they want your business....
The person I spoke to was excellent and very helpful as I was having trouble doing it online. My only complaint would be why I was being charged 13 pence a minute for the pleasure booking a break...
Very nice lady at call centre- polite and helpful.

I wanted to book online for my wife I and plus our infant son and baby son for enchanted village. It was saying not available until I called the phone service at my expense where I found it was...
Easy to use service. So excited to be taking our baby girl to Alton Towers as part of our first family holiday. Cbebbies land won't know what's hit it lol
Tried booking online but website told me to ring customer service, rang them and was all booked in bo time, Lady was very helpful, and look forward to our trip :-)
The customer service provider couldn't have been more helpful and guided me through all room options brilliantly. I particularly liked the fact that he appeared to have actually stayed at the hotel...
