It was very easy to navigate the different options available and all the information I needed was right there. I like that there are plenty of pictures of the accommodation too.

Acceptable
The system is quite easy to follow but didnt explain that we would need two rooms very well and would be ideal if there were some options for a family of five.
I need to contact the customer service team to amend our booking in 7 days. No tel. Number to ring. Email that I received back said I should hear back within 14 days. Dreadful service.
I booked a couple of nights break online and the whole process was very easy and everything linked up with booking meals and extras, only disappointing point was no room at the rollercoaster...

Easy booking system
It was very easy with all the options displayed clearly. Offered great value bookings with distances of the hotels from the park. I'd definitely recommend booking.

Could of included booking breakfast and evening meal. I booked waterpark for a specific date and after that system wants me to pre book and still charge me again. Would of thought rooms be cheaper...
It was easy to book our short break. Simple process and clear. Would definitely look to book again in the future.

Mostly a positive experience
