The booking process was easy and clear to understand. I would have given ++ if the deposit payment option was still available. I would recommend to others.
The website was very difficult to get what we wanted. The chat facility took an age to get to us so we ended phoning and was able to speak with someone which was much better
Simple and easy to book online, I got 35% discount as I booked by the end of January and I am really happy. Looking forward to my short break in June 😀

Thanks for taking the time to provide us with some feedback, I am very sorry to see that you had a difficult time in finding the information you require.
We do have all the information surrounding the themed rooms readily available on our website at https://www.altontowers.com/short-breaks.
We also have a friendly customer experience team our guests can contact in order to obtain some more information.
With regards to the early ride time, I can understand its frustrating that this is not listed in our info pack received with your booking. However this is something that is controlled by the park onsite and doesn't run all year round so would be worth checking with them directly on 01538 704 035.
I do hope that despite your dissatisfaction you and your family can still enjoy your trip to the Alton Towers Resort.
