A good process
Recently booked a hotel stay with Alton towers. The booking process was simple and clear - would have liked more photos of rooms at Alton towers hotel to enable me to select best options for us.

Whilst booking my sons birthday weekend, the member of staff was extremely helpful! Going through all the themed bedrooms, finally booking the Pirates themed room. We have a reservation for dinner on...
Alton towers stay & splash. Couldn't believe the price on the web site so I called & booked over the phone.
The lady on the phone arranged my visit and explained it all clearly over the phone. Answered any questions I had to ask. Couldn't believe the half term price tag. Very pleased and can't wait to go.
