Very difficult experience apparently there were issues with the booking centre at the time.
Had a nightmare booking the hotel, took several phone calls- just wanted to use the discount code we had been offered. Told the hotel would ring us directly& they didn't. Hard work& expensive phone...

Easy & simple booking process - will review the actual stay (May) once we get home! Lets hope the stay lives up to expectation!
