Towers hotel booking
Easy to browse, not clear holiday extras is external co tho (can be confusing on statements)
The staff were very friendly and helpful when booking but it's so expensive to call the booking line number. I would recommend that a free phone number be used instead as currently it discourages...

We booked the Pirates and Princess weekend for my son's birthday treat and we all had a brilliant time. The customer service is excellent and the food is lovely. The highlight was the birthday breakfast in the secret garden restaurant. Not only is the restaurant itself beautiful but the staff were so lovely. They made my sons birthday special by bringing his cake to him and singing Happy Birthday. Thank you to them for a fantastic job. Can't wait to stay again.
