Good customer service
Was fully knowledgable about questions I had and very helpful.
Booking service was excellent the service itself was good to some of the customer service could have been improved

Disappointed at price increase 😞
Our friend booked on 28th January at a cost of £155 (Ms Miller)

thanks for providing us with some feedback on your booking experience. I can certainly see how a difference in price can be frustrating as the packages are identical.
However we do work with a live booking system so prices may vary from day to day. Also in January we had an Early booker offer running with some extra discounts for the start of the year.
