I tried to book on the phone but after being on hold for 5 minutes on 2 occasions the line cut off. However it was straight forward doing it online.

Cant see hotel pictures
The website was not user friending as in can not see the hotel and pictures of the hotel. To make any amendments you need to go back through the booking.
