I found the booking experience very simple. We wanted to do the theme park one day and waterpark the next but there’s no option to book both. Saying that we can’t wait to go and surprise the children.
Sending the confirmation email advising of booking reference no etc. I have still not received this. Also the time to actually book took - 25mins - was annoying.
