So far it’s been pretty bad, it let me book Alton towers hotel without making me aware that the park would be closed for winter. So far I haven’t been able to get any response to change booking.
Booking proved to be easy and making the payment. However was disappointed that after making the booking I found I couldn't book a breakfast slot before 10am or a dinner slot before 90m.

excellent customer service monique
Online booking was fine but when we got there the pod was not as expected so we asked to move to the hotel where the customer service from Monique especially was absolutely brilliant!!!
