Made it easier to book two sets of accommodation at once. I had to email to ensure the rooms would be allocated together, which was fine, but it shouldn’t have been necessary.

Easy to navigate
Booked a summer break for my 2 year old to the CBeebies hotel. Has some exciting features. We’ve booked an In the Night Garden room
The person who dealt with the booking was fantastic, so helpful, friendly and genuinely felt he was interested in what needs we had as a family.
