Great process
Very straight forward, good summary of your order. Only issue when booking a short break was I found there to be not much info on each hotel.

Incorrect booking information received and no customer service available
Unable to reserve waterpark, breakfast or dinner and receive incorrect passes. No support available on the phone and no response via Facebook or email.
