I booked a short break but unfortunately booked the wrong date I phoned up and spoke to a representative who went the extra mike in accommodating my request , very happy customer and very happy...
Easy to book online, but using blue light card proved very difficult.
Booking service was good, even thou we did have trouble using our blue light card, for some un known reason we couldn't get the discount on the blue light card, so in the end we gave up and just paid...
Literally took 5 mins to book our short break, everything was clear and choosing the options so easy!
