Easy to use, i did have to call to check something though as the hotel package states that it includes park entry, however, when you go through checkout, it asks you to add the park entry tickets on...
I was unable to book online as there was a problem with the system and I was advised to call, I spoke to a chap called Daniel and he couldn’t have been more helpful.
Tracey was exceptionally helpful and informative and made the booking process a breeze.

I thought the theme park tickets were included in the price of the hotel stay, not very clear and when calling, there was a message saying due to a high volume of calls, my call couldn't be answered....
