Booking process was easy, and service on the telephone helpline superb. Would have loved to give full stars, but sadly I can't. I send in my details (German severely disabled ID card) for disability...

Easy to use
Easy to book online, showed pictures of the rooms available and a good description of what is included in the booking. The emails we received gave clear instructions about arrival and check out times...

Simple and easy to book with everything made very clear
I rated them four star and the service I required was excellent. The booking process was straight forward and the options given was very clear. I would definitely recommend to friends.

Easy enough!
Easy enough to book but as Merlin Pass Holders we found it difficult to find the option for the MAP discount. Ended up searching through the Merlin website and doing it that way. Otherwise easy...
