Whilst it was easy to book the prices are extortionate, would rate higher if it was a bit cheaper

Very clear booking process with links to add extras and notifications to book meals etc. Costings also all very clear.

Customer service absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant customer service. The representative who took my call was incredible - so friendly and so helpful. More than happy to answer all my questions, extremely patient and great advice....
It would be good if fast track coukd be linked to booking abd reservations for restaurants at the time of booking
