Outstanding customer service
Louise was absolutely brilliant. We had to make an amendment and Louise went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted for us. First class service.
It was OK but not 100% clear and I had questions that I needed an answer to. Via phone and email this wasn't easy or very efficient but we got there in the end.
Unable to speak to anyone with question & questions not answered online
