Always receive excellent service, promptness, good working relationship. Their service is beyond expectations e.g. free bus to transport children to sing Christmas carols at local hospice

Too Expensive

Thank you so much for your feedback and I apologise unreservedly if you were not completely satisfied with our services.
Firstly, I think you will find that the price had increased by £50 and not £500, a simple typo. The increase would be because Jones Coaches were based in Flint and our coach and driver had to travel from Llandudno to your first pick up point in Flint in the morning and back home again in the evening, this extra time and mileage will have accounted for the slightly increased cost.Regarding our driver being unfamiliar with your pick up locations, I am truly sorry about this but you have 11 pick-up and drop off points between Flint & Saltney, a distance of about 10 miles, all of which were listed by their local name. We will try to and ensure that we schedule a more local driver for you next time, someone who knows your pick up points more accurately.Thank you for taking the time to respond, we really do appreciate all feedback both good and bad.Assuring you of our continued support.Chris OwensManaging Director
