A seamless transition from initial enquiry to moving in.
Even though girl on reception was busy she remained professional and made experience quick and painless.

Nice guy checking me in. Let me change sizes as my stuff couldn't fit into the storage I originally ordered. Everything was explained clearly

Great facility
Great facility with easy access and friendly and helpful staff. Secure storage units with plenty of CCTV. Would definitely recommend you use this site.

Helpful and easy
Toby was very helpful and efficient with the paperwork and the whole process was smooth and easy. I feel the compusory £2 a week insurance could be flagged up a bit more by the sales team, though......
