Easy to set up and very reasonable cost too. Found the online forms a doddle to fill in and doing this forced me to record all the serial numbers of my gear which is never a bad thing.
It was a very stress free process and took little time. I had originally thought getting insurance for my instruments would be a nightmare but through Allianz it wasn't.
It's always been a brilliant service, from the time when it was called British Reserve up until the present. I've never heard of any musician wanting to find an alternative.
