We would have liked documents through the post as stated
The keyboard is brilliant but we wanted the documents sending to us as stated during ordering. We didn't receive them but got quite a few emails asking us to activate something. This wasn't specified...
I received email about registering the insurance with no link to follow and no clear explanation what it was about.
Now I don't know if I have valid insurance or if I'm missing a benefit I could have...

If you haven't already, we recommend calling our customer service team on 0330 100 9903 available Monday - Friday 9am -5.30pm, who will be able to sort this out for you and ensure you receive the correct documentation.
