Not the cheapest but the best by far for what we needed.
Probably the best for customer service, easy and quick to sort a policy. As I said, not the cheapest but you do pay for what you get.

Rubbish!
Dreadful. Filled out everything online and got confirmation but no policy came through. Spoke to them and they said they'd send out again and online login. Never came through. They said it was an IT...

Hello,
We're very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us and for the inconvenience we've caused you.
Unfortunately this was a one-off issue with our IT system which caused your policy to be corrupted - however you still would have been covered from the date you took out the policy. However we understand that this was far below the service expected and you should have been sent your documents instantly. We're looking into the IT issue in case it happens ever again and we've passed on your feedback to the Customer Service Team in order for them to better manage issues like this in the future.
