I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your order intime. Unfortunately, we were not aware that were was a time limit as to whenyou could receive the order. If you want to order from us again, and there is aspecific time that you need your order to be received by, please drop us anemail and we’ll see what we can do.

Thanks for taking my call a second ago. I wanted to take
this chance to apologise again for the delay in your order. You placed your
order on a Saturday night and we despatched in by courier on Monday for
delivery next day. 

 

Regrettably, it looks like the courier lost the parcel for a
day and therefore it did not go out for despatch until Wednesday which was the
day you received your order.

 

I would like to thank you once again for your time and patience
