Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to speak to me. First of all, I want to apologise for the problem with the courier; we have always used Interlink Express but they have rebranded themselves as DPD Local within the past week. You should have received an email when the order was despatched with the delivery method and tracking number. As this does not appear to be the case, I can only apologise again.

Since you have had so many problems with your order, we will be taking the actions discussed over the phone. I can only apologise again for the issues you have experienced and I hope to hear from you again soon.
