Thank you for your feed back;  I am sorry to hear that your order took longer to arrive than anticipated. I can confirm your order was sent by Royal Mail First Class post. We received your order Monday evening and your order was dispatched on Wednesday afternoon. I believe your order should have arrived Friday or Saturday.

Although Royal Mail say they aim to deliver First Class post the next working day, it can in fact be far longer. This is why we offer a priority service for delivery next working day when orders are placed before 12pm.
