excellent fast delivery but could of gone in bubble wrap and through letter box instead mega box had to be delivered.

Thank you for you for taking my call. As explained, after the goods were collected from here, the courier managed to miss its delivery time for the sorting hub and, unfortunately, your order was not sent out to be delivered the next day.

As agreed, I have processed a refund for your P&P and that should be with your shortly.
