Has not worked yet

Good afternoon,

Thank you for your feedback. We have looked into your case and the instructions say the following:

“Use daily and within a week of use you’ll start to see a subtle reduction in grey. It will never take away 100% of your grey, so you’ll always have a very natural look.”

It is important to remember it is not a traditional ‘one-use’ hair dye but something that has to be used daily at first, replacing your normal shampoo, before reducing your usage once you are happy with the result.

I've washed my hair more than 10 times with it. Not a jot of change to my hair colour. The product is ridiculously rubbish

I will finish the 147 ml bottle that I am using and if I get no results I will send the other 2 back and you can compensate me for the return postage. We then have a deal
