Thank you for confirming receipt of your product yesterday. Your order was despatched on the 28th of February but it appears it was delayed by the bad weather we were experiencing at the time.

Allt fungerar tillfredställande, men tiden mellan beställning och tiden då beställningen skickas är ungefär 2 dygn. det borde vara ett dygn, där finns förbättringar att göras.
