Thank you for taking my call a second ago. I am sorry to hear that Royal Mail did not delivery your item to a safe place and just left a calling card; in most cases we have found Royal Mail to be reasonably adept at dealing with situations such as this. I am sorry that this was not the case here.

Emailed them to ask if I had to pay postage for each separarate item as I ws buying 2. Was told no and that I cpuld order and they would then refund for one. Quick reply and items were posted prompt.
