I have tracked your order and it says it was delivered on Friday the 25th of January. If you can let us know if it has been arrived and stored away somewhere it would be much appreciated.

So I have to give a very humble apology as the package was delivered Friday but I wasn't alerted to this... Should have checked first - can't a apologise enough! Thanks for the tester freebies too. A very embarrassed customer that shouldn't have jumped the gun!
