Great course, be warned DOMS 😆 Fab delivery and fun to partake.

A very well structured course all though I have felt lacking in confidence instructor has done well to keep me going when I've been close to giving up

Loads of new moves to add to my classes. Thank you

Brilliant! Back to basics and then beyond! Small but mighty session, that left me aching for a few days. Dave is amazing, thank you.

Quick and to the point! Everyone was lovely and I really enjoyed the course.

Course did exactly as it was advertised as, Personable, knowledgable tutor, suitable venue

This was a fantastic course and the materials provided really make me feel self sufficient to take on chair based exercise classes.

Lovely tutor Clear course set up

The course was well delivered, the content was very interesting and will be useful going forward. It was fun participating through the protocols and Francesca was very approachable and friendly.
