Friendly, polite, helpful and on time with very minimal waiting around.
All staff we had contact with were helpful, polite and friendly. Mini bus service was on time with very minimal if any waiting around at both ends of our holiday.

Got there. Straight into a vehicle and deliver to the ship. Same on the return journey they were there awaiting for us.

After arriving back in Southampton port it took 3 phone calls and over an hour wait to be collected and taken back to our car!
