We are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed walking through the Cotswolds countryside and that the GPS app worked well throughout your journey. We particularly enjoyed reading about your discovery of the dovecote near Naunton. Moments like these are such a special part of exploring the Cotswolds, and your comments about adding more detailed notes on points of interest along the route are extremely valuable. This is something we will certainly review with our team as we continue improving our walking notes and overall guest experience. It is also lovely to know that you appreciated the character and history of both the Noel Arms and the Broadway Hotel. However, we are very sorry to hear how disappointing your stay at The Mousetrap Inn was. The room you describe clearly fell far below both your expectations and the standards we aim to provide for our guests. We completely understand how frustrating and disheartening this must have been, particularly as accommodation forms such an important part of a walking holiday experience. Please be assured that we take your comments very seriously. We regularly review and monitor the properties we work with, but your feedback highlights that we need to look more closely at the room allocation and quality being provided there. We are already following this up directly with the property to ensure these concerns are addressed. We sincerely regret that this part of your trip left such a negative lasting impression, especially when so much of the holiday was otherwise enjoyable.
