So sorry to hear that you received a discount voucher after placing your order and therefore could not take advantage of the offer. Unfortunately our system as it currently stands - although we are looking to improve this - does not allow for offers to be applied retrospectively. It would also depend on the expiration date of the offer as to whether you can take advantage of it next time. If you do wish to buy another mat in the future, please don't hesitate to get in contact with me first via info@turtlemat.co.uk to find out if there are any offers on which may be of benefit.
