Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear that our customer service in terms of offers and the sale did not meet your expectations. It depends on the offer available as to whether you can redeem it against sale items. With regard to the welcome offer these can be used with sale items to receive free postage and I believe this worked with the order for your mother. The welcome offer is specifically for those signing up to hear from us via email and therefore would not be offered by our orderline team. From time to time we do have sales and promotions, which we will advise customers of usually by email and it is unfortunate that our sale co-incided with when you had just purchased your mats.
