Many thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with your Turtle Mat. As Turtle Mats are made from cotton there can be some slight shedding initially from the mats but this usually settles after washing the mat a few times and giving it a good vacuum. If however the problem persists after this, I would suggest getting in contact directly with me via info@turtlemat.co.uk so we can ascertain whether the mat is faulty and to organise a replacement accordingly.
