We are so sorry for the inconvenience here. This very rarely happens, but because we are in one of our busiest periods there can sometimes be discrepancies with stock levels especially when there may only be one showing as left in stock. We are sorry to hear this, however it is very unusual for a box to be sent without a lid, as all our shoes are checked with a complete box. Are you sure this was not within the packaging you received it in? We have also looked into your order and you did receive the shoes as the sale price. The size 36 your ordered are the larger sizes and therefore slightly more. These were originally £172, with the 30% off this brings them down to £120.40 and then an extra 10% off brings them to £108.36 which is what you paid.
