We are sorry to hear that, I have been informed that our couriers had severely damaged the box in transit thus damaging the shoe too, which is not acceptable and we have made a formal complaint. I can see my colleague has contacted you personally about this. However, just to explain that we do not and physically can not take payment twice. When you place the order the amount is held to ensure you have the funds, then only at dispatch do we take the money and the money on held is released. This can be confirmed with your bank. But we have no way that we can take money more than once as we are only authorised for the amount of your order. I hope this makes sense.
