Excellent service I ordered four pairs of shoes and free next day delivery you also get a 1hour time slot so no waiting around all day for parcel will definitely shop there again

Thank you for your feedback. We can see that you placed your order on the 16th August and this was dispatched on the 18th. We do try to offer next day delivery where possible, but some items are not in our main warehouse which means they can take slightly longer, like yours which stated 5-7 working days in your confirmation but was actually delivered within 4 working days. If in future you need an item urgently for a specific date then please do not hesitate to call so that we can check on the stock for you and give you an estimated delivery time.
