I am sorry to hear that you suffered two issues with your order. Occasionally our carriers do not perform quite as well as we hope and I imagine that the extra days within their system together with additional handling resulted in damage to the product.
Product transit damage does occur occasionally and when notified we are always happy to replace the goods. Although you have installed the pole now do please let us know if you would like a replacement.
