I’d just like to say that we are truly sorry you had trouble with your order at Plastic Pipe Shop, as we try to make our customer’s experiences as smooth as possible. After reviewing your comments, I would like to highlight that we advertise that our pipe lengths are sold without the socketed ends. This is displayed on multiple areas on our website and on individual product pages. This is something that we try hard to make clear for our customers to minimise any confusion, but we understand this may have possibly been missed in this case. In addition to this, after having a look in all of our sales email inboxes, we were unable to find any form of communications or queries from yourself. Our sales team were unaware about any of the difficulties with your order. We have also looked back into your purchase (3D-140525 placed on 22/10/2024) and have found there to be no "2 metre 110mm pipe lengths" as part of your order. The only item in the order was x1qty 110x90mm Plain PVC Reducing Socket (Product code: 3002-P).
