When we receive a notification that there’s been an error on our part with sending the wrong item, we offer the customer a complimentary return/exchange of the incorrect product – and we will pay for the delivery costs since it was our error. We really try hard to make things right again. We have had a look in your order and noticed that you ordered 1/2” outside diameter pipe and x2qty 1/2" fittings.
